Chudleigh - Lessons for all ages and abilities.

Harcombe House is set in a stunning location surrounded by 300 acres of beautiful countryside, woodland walks and lakes. The pool is in a separate building from the main house; access can be obtained via steps or a sloped path from the front of the grounds. There is car parking in the main car park before you enter the grounds on the right hand side of the building.

The pool is approximately 14m in length and the depth starts at 0.8m and increases to 1.2m, with steps into the pool allowing safe entry. There is a seating area for spectators around the edge of the pool. There are also changing rooms, toilets and showers.

At this pool we teach all ages and all abilities to swim and to be safe in the water. We follow the Baby Swim Foundation Programme for our babies and toddlers. Our older children work towards the Amateur Swimming Association’s National Plan for Teaching Swimming which is a journey through Aquatics focusing on FUNdamentals. If the parent and child wish, we will also test for other awards like personal survival, diving, cub and brownie badges etc.

Each course is 12 weeks long and only runs in school term time.

Saturday mornings
Other days and times may be available on request.
Each course costs £96.00 and can be payable in full, two or three instalments.

The Double Nappy system is compulsory for all
non-potty trained children at this pool

Head towards Exeter take turn off for Chudleigh, At top of slip road turn right
Drive straight through Chudleigh to outskirts, Carry on driving you will see the highwayman’s Haunt Restaurant on the right. Continue on this road for approx 200 metres to Island, turn right, through centre of Island marked Harcombe House.Take Care crossing slip Road Facing Holmans Wood Caravan Park Carry on lane to Harcombe House approx 1 mile.
